Self Exclusion

Need a break from WFP? If at any point you feel you are overextending yourself by dedicating too much time or money, you can place limitations on your account. Please email your request to our customer support at and we will gladly assist.

Need Help?

If you have questions or concerns about the gaming behavior of yourself or that of a friend/family member, a good place to start is the National Center for Responsible Gaming (NCRG). Concerned About a Family Member?

If you are concerned about a family member’s spending habits and ability to use WFP responsibly, you may have the option of enforcing limitations on his/her play. In order to determine whether you have the legal right to impose limits on another person’s play, you will be required to provide proof of the following:

1) You are jointly obligated on the credit or debit card associated with the WFP user’s account;
2) The WFP user is one of your legal dependents;
3) There is a court order requiring the WFP user to pay unmet child support obligations;
4) And any additional proof or documentation indicating there is a legally binding relationship between yourself and the WFP user you are requesting to enforce limitations on.
